Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique developed by Swami Satyananda Saraswati in the 60s, based on the old Tantra knowledge and on modern researches. It allows the same benefits of a deep sleep state, only in a shorter period of time - the length of the practice.

The regular practice of Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool to influence our personality and to provide stability for the mind, which is constantly exposed to all sorts of stimuli from the outside world in the modern lifestyle. Yoga Nidra has helped people at all ages and from all over the world to recover their inner balance. It's the most powerful relaxation technique known nowadays.

In addition to the track containing a 40-minute guided Yoga Nidra practice, this album also contains two very special tracks: the beautiful "Savasana" for a deep meditation experience and "Eterno Sol", a song used in Yoga classes as an uplifting conclusion to a revitalizing practice.
